Ordered six shirts this time. Four were close to expected, one was made in the wrong fabric (white instead of blue) and one was too big (cut oversize for shrinkage that didn't happen). The six were also packed in boxes that were too small, so shirts were all crushed on arrival (box was undamaged). That said, the two problem shirts were re-made, and arrived quickly and in good shape. Still very happy to have shirts that fit so much better than off-the-rack, and the green chamois shirt is quickly becoming my favorite shirt of all time!

Ratio makes quality custom shirts. The service is excellent and fabric is exceptional.
My advice is to follow there sizing guidelines and you can’t go wrong. Follow the washing instructions to the letter.
