I have ordered several shirts from Ratio Clothing and have chosen the company over its rivals because of the flap pocket option and the fact that the shirts were made in the U.S.A. I was disappointed when I saw the shirts shipping from Vietnam. I was also frustrated with myself because I didn’t capitalize all the letters in the monogram and it was sewn on exactly as I entered it. That is not Ratio’s problem (and why I didn’t contact you). In all, I am going to really have to consider if I continue to purchase from the company since the shirts aren’t made domestically.
UPDATE: Ratio reached out to me to let me know that they have changed the default monogram to all caps lock. Also, they have told me that some shirts are still made in the U.S.A. and that there is an option to filter by "Factory Location" when searching for fabrics. I appreciate the company reaching out and continuing to make updates to better serve their customers.

Clearly the quality of the construction of the shirts have slipped after moving the production over seas. This one doesn't even come close to matching the measurements of what was submitted and is as bad as an off the rack shirt. I will be returning and not ordering anymore shirts. It is sad to not have you as an option anymore.
