Once again, another perfect shirt. I have tried other custom shirt companies. They were all inferior--either because it took numerous attempts to get the correct sizing or the material was cheap feeling. I continue to buy Ratio shirts because the fit is always perfect and the materials are outstanding.

Absolutely ridiculous to have tried to have my last order arrive. Ordered one fabric, found out after it was due to “arrive” that the fabric was out of stock, get asked to choose a replacement fabric and then wait again just to only get the WRONG SHIRT. Absolutely shoddy service to only be notified of a stock out so late, and what a JOKE for quality control to have the wrong fabric arrive. Especially for a “make-up” of an initial mistake. Compounding errors. I’ve ordered 10+ shirts from ratio, but those whole thing has seriously soured me on the product. Don’t know if I can trust them with my business moving forwards.
