Experience was nice enough, but fit is still an issue. Proper cloth managed to get this right with the same feedback (pictures) in just one remake. I would rather support a business manufacturing in the US, but not at the expense of quality / fit.

Great experience! I’ve never found a dress shirt that fit well off the rack, so Ratio’s custom shirts fit better than anything ive ever tried. When i got my shirt I had missed a few measurements on my end, but they are going to alter it for me so that it fits perfect. How long is takes is probably my only complaint.

Nice shirts, but not the most detailed I've purchased at this price point. The 4-5 week delivery period due to wedding season is a little slow. But the fact that they are made in America is impressive. Evan is great to work with ! Thank you for having walk in locations.

Ratio is a long, but worthwhile process if you have the patience. This is not a dig on Ratio, but good things take time. Thus, you should expect to go through 1-2 remakes before you get the shirt just right. After that, it's easy because you have your blueprint saved. The shirts may cost a little more, but you can easily tell and feel the difference in quality. Therefore, it's worth the investment (and you should take care of your investment accordingly).
