I've loved working with Ratio in the past. I'm a shorter guy with broad shoulders and a thick neck. Finding clothes that fit off the rack has been a challenge. My first shirt with Ratio was fantastic, however, my most recent order experience in early March 2020 was severely hampered by COVID 19. While I understand that the pandemic severely impacted the global supply chain, I received no proactive communication from Ratio regarding my order for almost 3 months. When it finally did arrive, the fabric and fit were stellar as always, but the stitching was surprisingly sub par and appeared quite rushed, and the buttons seem lighter and flimsier than my previous order. I'll be giving them the benefit of the doubt this time, these are difficult situations for any company dealing with international vendors, but I hope it's not indicative of a larger trend.
