My experience has been mostly very good. The production process is a bit slow, and if any alterations are necessary it can take a while to get the new shirt, but that's to be expected. The prices are a bit high, but not that much higher than similar businesses and with the added benefit of domestic manufacturing. The sizing also seems good; my first shirt, which was based on the survey questions, fit very well (better than my first-fit experience with other MTM shirt companies) and only needed some small alterations. My experience with customer service has been mostly good; they're usually quick and responsive. There was a mixup when I wanted to switch fabrics, but Ratio is fixing the error and even covering the cost of the upgrade, so I have no complaints.
I think Ratio is serving a niche market - people who want made-to-measure shirts and are willing to pay a bit extra to have them made in the U.S. But for people who fit that description, the service is very good.

After the fitting I have purchased 9 shirts and all of them have been a perfect fit. From collars, cuffs, buttons and even the stitching all have been excellent. I do recommend this company to all my friends.

I buy shirts for my nephew. He has entered his measurements and told me exactly what to order, to include button and collar type. I get to choose the colors; he likes to be surprised.
